What is Ionized Water?
How alkaline water is produced
Many ions exist in water in a bound state.
When this water is ionized, cations such as calcium, magnesium, and sodium ions move to the
negative electrode to make alkaline ionized water for drinking, and anions such as chloride,
carbonic acid, and acetic acid move to the positive electrode to make acidic hot water that is good for the skin.

Classification Alkaline ionized water Acidic ionized water Tap water
PH 8.5 ~ 10 4 ~ 6 6 ~ 7.5
Ion Composition Increase Cation, Decrease Anion Decrease Cation, Increase Anion
Features of Alkaline Water
- Minerals required for metabolism (Ca, K, Mg, Na)
- Healthy alkaline water (PH: 8.5 ~ 10)
- Strong reducing power against free radicals
- Water clusters (particles) are small
- Rich in active hydrogen
Application of Alkaline Water
The amount of water you should drink per day (L) = Weight (Kg) + Height (cm)/100
· When cooking
Removes the bitter or arid taste of food, removes the fishy smell of fish, and enhances the natural flavor.
· Delicious tea and coffee
Eliminates bitterness and astringency and enhances subtle flavors and aromas
· When cooking rice
Pre-soaking rice for 30~40 minutes before cooking makes it glossy like sticky rice and improves the taste.
It can be stored for a long time in the summer
· Washing vegetables
Washing vegetables and fruits will keep them fresher longer.
· For baby drinking and formula
Great for drinking and feeding babies with formula
Application of alkaline water
For general drinking and household use
Applications of acidic water
Use for beauty and food sterilization
